Lippert is commemorating the success of its “seRV With Purpose” volunteer event at the Jayco Jubilee.
Held in conjunction with the Tampa RV Super Show, the recent Jayco Jubilee provided an extraordinary platform for RV enthusiasts to come together and highlight the profound impact of collective action and goodwill within the RV community, the company said. Attendees from all over the country gathered to pack boxes filled with essential items, including clothing, school supplies and hygiene products, to be donated to the local Boys and Girls Club.
“It’s no surprise that there is a lot going on the week of the Tampa Show and plenty to do. But seeing RVers not only show up with smiles on their faces but taking time to prioritize volunteering during such a busy week shows their hearts and love for giving back,” said Christina Conlon of Paws for Love.
Lippert said it takes great pride in witnessing the growth and impact of seRV With Purpose. Through strategic partnerships and collaborative efforts, seRV volunteer events provide RVers with the opportunity to channel their passion for adventure into meaningful acts of service, leaving a lasting impact on the host community and beyond.
“Caring About People is one of our core values,” said Jason Lippert, Lippert’s president and CEO. “The volunteerism we witnessed in Tampa is a result of team members across the RV industry living out that core value together as a part of seRV.”
The success of seRV’s most recent event at the Jayco Jubilee underscores the growing momentum behind the RV community’s dedication to responsible and purposeful travel, Lippert said. As stewards of the environment, RV enthusiasts have embraced their role in shaping a more compassionate and interconnected world.
“Being asked to partner on the Jayco Jubilee was an absolute honor,” said Michilah Grimes, director of corporate and community impact at Lippert. “In addition to the 120-plus volunteers at the Jayco Jubilee, there were two additional off-site seRV events, benefiting Feeding Tampa Bay, where more than sixty additional RVers from all over the country volunteered their time together. I am incredibly proud of the RV industry and how we are serving others together, which is the catalyst for remarkable change and lasting impact.”
Looking ahead, Lippert said it remains committed to building upon its success and continuing to foster a culture of service and camaraderie within the RV community. Through ongoing initiatives and partnerships, seRV aims to empower RV enthusiasts to make a positive impact on the world, one journey at a time.
Join Lippert from April 4-7 at the Savannah Lakes RV Resort for its second annual seRV Rally. This once-sold-out event has now opened up additional spots due to popular demand.
