The Facebook Live show “RVing in New England,” hosted by Bob Zagami and John DePietro and airing every Wednesday night, will take a big-picture look at the RV industry as it stands heading into the hibernation months of the winter for much of the country. 2021 was another remarkable year and the hosts will use their pre-Halloween show to assess both the positives that have occurred and some of the truly frightening issues facing the industry.
“As the camping season winds down and RVers are preparing their rigs for hibernation, our thoughts turn to the holidays with our family, friends and loved ones. Unfortunately, there are challenges facing our country today that will impact many of your buying decisions this year. Cargo ships sit idle in Los Angeles and Long Beach harbors, companies struggle to hire workers in all industries, and large behemoth retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target and others warn of shortages that will delay holiday gift giving,” the hosts said in their program description. “Well, we have the perfect solution for you as John and I will lead a discussion tonight on the creativity of campers and RV enthusiasts and how you plan to work around the issues. Our suggestion is quite simple: shop at your local RV dealer, parts and accessories store, and service centers.”
The pair will also discuss the concept of Made in America, and why that is especially important now, given the current circumstances.
RVing in New England is live every Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET on the New England RV Dealers Association Facebook page, which is located here.
