Livin’ Lite RVs has completed relocating and consolidating its operations to Topeka, Ind.
The company, a subsidiary of Thor Industries, produces a variety of travel trailers, fifth wheels, camping trailers and truck campers.
In an effort to cut costs and become more efficient, Livin’ Lite moved from Wakarusa, where its production was spread out among eight different buildings, according to the South Bend Tribune. All production is now located in one, 240,000-square-foot facility in Topeka.
“At the end of the day, the efficiencies that we are going to achieve as a result of this move are going to result in not only better built Livin’ Lite products, but we are also going to see some cost savings that will be passed along to the consumers,” said Scott Tuttle, Livin’ Lite president, in a news release.
