The M. K. Morse Company announced the launch of M-Finity, an industrial circular saw blade for general purpose cutting of solid bar, thick- and thin-walled tubing.
Featuring chip breakers that prevent gullet clogging and chip buildup, M-Finity blades stay cool for longer blade life and higher productivity in demanding applications, M. K. Morse Co. said in a release. The thin kerf design reduces cutting forces by removing less material with each pass, resulting in smoother, more efficient cutting. An optional temperature- and impact-resistant PVD coating enhances durability to protect against heat, wear and punishing conditions that can wear down other blades.
Steel service centers, forging operations and specialized manufacturing operations can all benefit from M-Finity’s longer blade life, reduced vibration and noise, and greater cutting efficiency.
Available from 250 to 630 millimeters, with pin holes that fit most leading machines, M-Finity industrial circular saw blades easily drop into your setup and deliver unmatched cutting results, the company said.
“M-Finity delivers exceptional versatility across a broad range of ferrous materials, from solids to thin-walled applications.
