MARVAC Show Gets Rolling Feb. 4

Even with snow on the ground, RV season is just around the corner.

The Michigan Association of RVs and Campgrounds 49th Annual Detroit Camper & RV Show gets rolling February 4 in Novi at Suburban Collection Showplace, located on Grand River, between Novi Road and Beck Road.

The show is open 2-9 p.m. on weekdays (Feb 4-5), 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday (Feb. 7) and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 8).

Organizers expect more than 275 units spanning 50 brands and ranging from $7,000 to over $400,000.

Parts, accessories and finance booths will complete the show floor, according to the show’s website.

Cost of admission is $10 for people over 13 years old, $9 for seniors and no cost for children under 12. Parking is not included in the price of admission.

Coupons are available through MARVAC (, Big Boy restaurants, Biggby Coffee and in area newspapers.
