Jasper, Ind.-based Meyer Distributing, a marketer and distributor of automotive specialty products, has acquired Scott, Pa.-based Automotive Distributing Co.
ADC has been fully integrated into the Meyer platform, and the combined forces of the two companies will allow for increased service levels on many fronts throughout the Northeast, Meyer says.
“We have been looking to expand our relationships in the Northeast, “ said Jeff Braun, CEO for Meyer. “ADC provides a great opportunity to increase coverage and improve customer service with employees with lots of experience in the automotive aftermarket. We’re hiring for sales and purchasing positions there currently.
