Meyer Distributing

Meyer Distributing announced the additions of Code 3 and SoundOff Signal to their public safety sector.

Code 3 engineers and manufactures a full range of emergency vehicle lighting and siren systems — including light bars, perimeter lights and backup alarms — trusted by police, fire and EMS professionals around the globe. Founded in 1974, Code 3 is driven by a single mission to protect people with world-leading emergency systems.

SoundOff Signal began as a manufacturer of small motorcycle flashers but quickly branched out to produce lighting products for emergency vehicles. Since then, SoundOff Signal has expanded to engineering and manufacturing science-backed products that support a wide range of teams worldwide. It continues to innovate advancements in integrated, strategic lighting and controls for law enforcement, fire, EMS and amber.

“Fleet upfitters are looking for trusted brands, reliable availability, and a distribution partner that understands the demands of the public safety market,” said Chauncey Altstadt, category manager — Commercial/Fleet/Snow & Ice at Meyer. “By adding SoundOff and Code 3 to our fleet offerings, we are expanding our ability to support customers with the products, inventory, and service they need to keep critical vehicle programs moving. Meyer Distributing is committed to serving the evolving needs of fleet upfitters, vehicle integrators, and public safety professionals. Customers now have access to a broader selection of lighting, siren, control, and safety products designed for law enforcement, fire, EMS, municipal, and other emergency response vehicle applications.”

In addition, Meyer Distributing announced a new partnership with Hybrid Power Solutions.
