After 60 years of being headquartered in South Bend, Ind., Midwest Sales and Service has moved its headquarters to Elkhart, Ind., to be closer to many of the RV manufacturers located there.
The new facility, located at 2810 Bridger Court, is 35,000 square feet of warehouse, office and showroom space. With the additional space available, MWSS said it expects to increase its overall business efficiencies, expand its existing shipping process to better meet industry demands and growth, and continue to expand its corporate team. New to MWSS’s headquarters will be a showroom, which will be designed and set up to present a number of appliance products to potential customers.
“This move represents another significant milestone for our fast-growing company,” said Heath Wechter, CEO and president of MWSS. “The new office space better accommodates our growing team and enables us to better support and service our OEM clients. The additional space will also help drive innovation and provide the opportunity for further expansion into additional markets, product lines and services.”
The company attributes its significant growth in 2020 to the launching of several new products by GE Appliances, including the GE Cool Series Rooftop Air Conditioner line and 12-volt refrigerators.
