M&K Truck Centers has acquired Legacy Truck Centers, which has nine dealership locations in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
M&K primarily deals in various types of trailers and commercial trucks, but they do also carry the Renegade brand of luxury motorcoaches.
The acquisition expands M&K’s footprint to 29 locations across five states including Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
M&K Truck Centers has retained nearly all of Legacy Truck Centers’ employees, including previous owners, Matt and John Niebauer, who had started working for their father at W.W. Engine Supply, the precursor to Legacy, when they were just teenagers.
Dealership brokerage firm Performance Brokerage Services advises Legacy throughout the sale process.
