Area law enforcement in Billings, Mont., were led on a slow-speed chase by a pair of 10-year-olds who allegedly stole a large RV from an auto auction yard around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Billings Police Sgt. Harley Cagle.
Cagle said a motorist originally called in the RV after it was driving erratically and trying to run another car off the road.
