Mopeka Products, makers of sonar tank monitoring solutions, announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sonariot.
Together, Mopeka Products and Sonariot, will become known as MopekaIOT, one of the world’s largest providers of tank monitoring solutions, the company said. Combined, the two companies will have more than 500,000 sensors out in the market globally.
The acquisition of Sonariot brings Mopeka a growing channel of distribution, with six key distributor partnerships announced across North America in the last six months, and an extensive sales, services and marketing arm to strengthen its award-winning and patented Sonar, Mobile and Cloud solutions.
