Motility Software Solutions has partnered with Kenect, a business-texting platform that allows dealers to send and receive text messages from their existing business phoneline.
This partnership will include an integration between the Motility management system and the Kenect platform. This integration will allow contacts to sync between the two systems, as well as sending automated messages, including online review requests and surveys.

In addition to the integration with Motility, the Kenect platform:
- Converts inbound leads via text messaging
- Reduces phone traffic by up to 35 percent and eliminates “on-hold” times for customers
- Generates dozens of five-star reviews on Google, Facebook, and important industry review sites
- Schedules service appointments and sends text reminders to reduce no-shows
- Sends photos, attachments and service updates via text message
- Sends out event promotions and special offers
