Motility Software Solutions, a provider of dealership management systems, has launched a new customer success division under the leadership of long-time employee Lavoris Brown.
“A customer success team is a critical part of our efforts to run a world-class, customer-focused organization,” said Brad Rogers, CEO. “Lavoris has an intimate knowledge of dealership operations and a history of driving results. In this role, he will modernize our interactions with dealers, transforming from passive engagement to one focused on driving positive outcomes for our customers.”
In his new role as head of customer success, Brown will leverage his years of experience in supporting and leading the Motility Professional Services team, fueled by his passion for delivering customer solutions to solve dealer pain points, according to the company.
“We understand our customers have choices in software providers,” Brown said. “We want to provide proactive solutions rather than band-aid fixes by understanding our customer’s goals and what drives their business.”
The customer success team will encompass support operations, professional services consulting, training, and customer on-boarding, and will report directly to Rogers.
