This week’s vehicular recall list is out from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and the RV industry had several entries.
The Shyft Group is recalling two of the Shyft Group’s chassis, the 2015-19 Spartan K2 and Spartan MM due to insufficient air brake supply volume/FMVSS 121. The recall number is 22V785.
Shyft Group is also recalling its 2023 Spartan K2 because front and rear suspension fasteners can break. The recall number is 22V789.
Winnebago Industries is recalling its 2020-23 Navion and View because of an LP fuel line that may contact the tire and cause a gas leak. The recall number is 22V795.
Daimer Vans USA is recalling the 2019-22 Freightliner Sprinter 1500, 2500, 3500 and 4500; and the 2019-22 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 1500, 2500, 2500 and 4500. The recalls are for vehicle rollaway from guide bushing fatigue, and the recall number is 22V796.
And Sunset Park & RV for its 2022 Rush and Sun Lite because an awning fabric may detach, causing awning to drop. The recall number is 22V797.
