Keystone RV has launched a new mobile app designed to consolidate key resources to help their owners camp more successfully and confidently, the company said. Now available at the Apple and Google Play app stores, My Keystone includes manuals and quick start guides, Keystone’s First-Time Campers series, how-to videos, DIY program details, maintenance schedules, troubleshooting guides and a consolidated library of all mobile apps associated with each brand’s vehicles.
Rick Deisler, Keystone’s vice president of service operations, initiated the program’s development.
“Our team has created an unbelievable set of support resources. The next step was to serve them up to owners in a consolidated, easy-to-access way. ‘My Keystone’ makes it super simple for our owners to find everything they need quickly,” said Deisler.
“We continue to put a lot of emphasis on Keystone’s ‘Camp Better’ promise. It’s what drives our innovation team, our product team, and perhaps most of all, our owner relations team. My Keystone is a terrific example of how we continue to go the extra mile to deliver on that promise,” said Keystone’s president, Jeff Runels.
The app is free for Keystone owners. The company will continue to add resources over time, including adding recall alerts in an update coming later this year.
