The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) recently released the 2018 NATDA Dealer Satisfaction Report survey.
The confidential survey report includes eleven category scales to rate manufacturers, ranging from overall dealer communication to dealership warranty support. With this information, manufacturers will have the ability to review procedures and policies directly affecting trailer dealerships across the country.
“We wanted to find a way to give dealers the ability to voice their opinions – in a confidential manner – directly to manufacturers,” said Jesse Battle, NATDA executive director. “Hopefully, these manufacturers take this information and adjust their business operations to better potential areas of concern.”
The 2018 NATDA Dealer Satisfaction Report is open to any trailer dealer interested in participating, whether a NATDA member or not.
