NATDA Sells Out 2026 Trailer Show Floor

The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) announced that the 2026 NATDA Trailer Show, returning to Nashville’s Music City Center Sept. 1–3, has officially sold out of exhibition space.

The light-to medium-duty trailer industry has seen more change in the last two years than in the past decade, with new technology and products, shifting customer expectations, and updated trends and regulations reshaping how businesses operate. Nearly 90% of dealerships who attended indicated they plan to return to find an all-new set of products, tools and solutions in interactive sessions or on the show floor, the association said.

This year’s show features more than 300 exhibitors spread across six football fields of trailers, truck beds, parts, accessories, technology and dealership services. Exhibitors include longtime industry brands as well as first-time manufacturers and suppliers offering products dealerships haven’t seen before.

The show boasts an 80% return rate for attendees looking to carry or rent light- to medium duty trailers. Dealers come back year after year to discover new suppliers, compare products and find practical solutions for day-to-day challenges. NATDA said dealers keep coming back because of:

  • Six football fields of new products and innovations
  • 300+manufacturers and suppliers showing what’s new
  • 750+ dealerships and 4,500+ industry professionals to connect with
  • 30+ education sessions, workshops and technical training classes
  • Dealer satisfaction is arguably the highest in the trade show industry at 4.5/5
  • 89% of dealers say the Trailer Show influences their buying decisions

The NATDA Trailer Show grew by double digits last year with more than 750 dealerships and 4,500 industry professionals attending, even higher attendance is anticipated this year, it said.

New Insights, Service Training & 20 Groups Come to Nashville

The NATDA Trailer Show will once again offer a robust lineup of educational and service training sessions, including the ever-popular Tow Talks. Nearly 30 expert speakers, panelists and trainers will lead sessions, with a special focus on technology and innovation to address the evolving needs of trailer dealerships.

NATDA is focused on helping dealership service departments grow and learn and will offer the Trailer Service Professional Certification program, which answers the trailer industry’s growing demand for qualified service professionals by providing standardized skill validation across multiple levels.

As part of this program, Certified Trailer Technician (CTT) Training, in partnership with Dexter, offers a structured pathway beginning at foundational learnings covering everything from fundamentals to advanced hands-on instruction in Nashville.

In addition to service, tech and parts classes, try out the first-ever 20 Group preview session hosted by NCM Associates. The 20 Group preview session, is built specifically for trailer dealerships to learn more about its benefits during the Trailer Show.

Leadership Management Scholarship Available

New in 2026: A Leadership Management Scholarship (valued up to $3,395) provided by NCM Associates will be given away at the NATDA Trailer Show. Dealers can apply now through July.

In addition, instead of one ultimate prize package, $15,000 in giveaways will be awarded to dealers at NATDA events and live on the show floor.  Includes chances to win $500 to up to $10,000 plus other valuable prizes and gift cards to be given away at the NATDA Welcome Party and other events.
