National ARVC Announces Full Slate of Sessions and Speakers for OHCE2022
The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) announced the schedule for what it calls the outdoor hospitality industry’s premier event – Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) 2022. The lineup includes experts and leaders from this industry and beyond and features keynotes, breakout sessions, panels and master classes designed to inspire the current and next generation of outdoor hospitality business owners, operators, managers and their teams.
OHCE2022 won’t be without its share of fun networking opportunities either, organizers say, with the industry’s only Hosted Buyer Program once again taking center stage as well as exciting receptions at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Universal City Walk and an 80’s-themed poolside reception at the Rosen Centre.
OHCE2022 will take place Nov. 7-10 in Orlando, Florida, and the theme for this year’s event is “Possibilities Start Here.”

Focused on efficiency and savings for attendees, National ARVC has chosen to not increase registration to OHCE2022 for the third year in a row and has also re-imagined the overall schedule – moving the Awards of Excellence dinner which traditionally was on Thursday night to a Wednesday lunch so attendees can depart after the Expo closes Thursday afternoon, saving a hotel night.
With this year’s slate of sessions, National ARVC is building off the educational innovations introduced last year and expanding to meet the changing and growing industry for OHCE2022. Continued conversations with members and attendees of past OHCEs has guided the direction for this year’s education sessions—focused on innovation and possibilities.
OHCE2022 highlights include panels on the future of electric vehicles and their impact on our industry, featuring speakers from Wild Energy, Utility Supply Group, Electrical Works, NewBook, Rivian/Waypoint, Drive Electric USA, the Texas Electric Transportation Resource Alliance. One of these panels will introduce the launch of ARVC’s new EV Toolkit, an interactive resource designed to help the outdoor hospitality industry navigate through the process of installations to attract EV and E-RV campers.
Other session topics include guest experience standards; the value of using OTAs; economic outlook for 2023; employment legal issues; adaptive recreation opportunities; unique ways to increase revenue; insurance questions answered; financing options for expansion; and more.
All total, there will be more than 40 sessions, panels and networking opportunities to engage attendees at this year’s event, along with a two-day Expo where attendees can make connections with more than 170 exhibitors.
