NCRVDA Show Dates Shift as Storm Threatens Carolinas

According to a report from WCNC Charlotte, organizers of North Carolina’s largest RV show have changed the event’s dates as forecasters warn of inclement weather threatening the Carolinas this weekend. It’s important for safety issues that the RV Expo be moved. The Charlotte RV Show will now run Friday, Jan. 30, through Sunday, Feb. 1, after originally being scheduled for an earlier weekend. Show officials said the move was made out of caution to ensure the safety of exhibitors and attendees amid the approaching storm system. The annual event draws thousands of visitors from across the region and features hundreds of recreational vehicles ranging from compact travel trailers to luxury motorhomes. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak directly with industry experts, dealers and manufacturers about the latest RV trends, technology and travel planning.

The show will be held at the Park Expo and Conference Center in Charlotte, which offers ample indoor space for displays regardless of winter weather conditions. Organizers say the date change will allow guests to fully experience the event without concerns about hazardous travel or weather-related disruptions.
