New Horizons RV has launched a new customer portal for a single point of contact between the customer and New Horizons and to keep customers informed of their new coach’s progress from start to finish.
“At New Horizons, we produce fifth wheels that are all about the customer – their comfort, their lifestyle, their dreams of RV living,” said CEO Bryan Tillett. “That’s why we want the customer fully involved in the production of their new RV home.”
The new customer portal serves as a central repository for the contract, change orders, and other documents. Private messages can be exchanged between the customer and the New Horizons team. All communications are housed in one convenient location, creating a seamless process of keeping all parties up to date.
New Horizons will periodically upload photos of the RV’s construction, and a timeline will show its progress along 10 construction benchmarks, including stages such as the chassis, roofing and final finish.
Customers can even upload photos or documents they feel are helpful during the building process. They can also schedule their orientation and pickup date through the portal.
