REV Group, which makes delivery and emergency/specialty vehicles, as well as RVs, said Hector Flores is its new vice president and general manager of Lance Camper, the maker of ultra-lightweight composite-built truck campers and travel trailers. Flores will report to Mike Lanciotti, president of the REV Recreation Segment.
Flores joins REV Group from Horizon Global, where he was the vice president of global operations for Europe and South Africa. Prior to that role, Flores served as global vice president for Certus Automotive. Additionally, he has served in many director leadership roles in manufacturing.
Gary Conley has been named director of sales and marketing for Lance Camper, reporting to Hector Flores. In Conley’s 40 years with Lance, he has held many roles including national sales manager, purchasing manager, vice president/general manager and has led the sales team.
“Along with Hector’s proven business growth success in rapid-change environments, he is focused on ensuring a safety-first, quality-focused, continuous-improvement culture,” said Lanciotti. “Gary has been instrumental in the growth of Lance Camper; his depth of knowledge and expertise with Lance Camper has contributed to the continued success of the company.
