Newmar Announces 2026 Dealer Meeting Sales & Service Award Recipients
Newmar Corp., a leading name in luxury RV manufacturing, recognized its top-performing dealer partners on Wednesday, February 25, honoring outstanding achievements in sales, service and customer experience throughout the 2025 calendar year. The annual awards ceremony celebrated the Newmar dealer network’s commitment to excellence — a quality that elevates the Newmar ownership experience, the company said in a recent release.
“Our dealers are true partners in delivering the Newmar Difference,” said Casey Tubman, president of Newmar Corporation. “Their dedication to service and customer care is what elevates our brand, and more importantly, the ownership experience for every Newmar customer. We are proud to recognize their achievements and look forward to continued success together.”
This year’s program also saw the introduction of two new distinctions: the Newmar Progress Achievement Award and the Newmar Black Diamond Award, further expanding Newmar’s commitment to recognizing excellence at every level, Newmar said.

2025 Not Just a Number Award
The Not Just a Number program highlights Newmar’s manufacturing philosophy that every customer matters, and every coach is built for a real person – not just a number. Dealers submit photos of their customers, and those photos follow the coach through the entire build process, ultimately being signed by employees before being returned with the final coach. This year saw a tie between two dealers for the highest quantity of Not Just a Number submissions, and the award was shared between National Indoor RV Centers of Lewisville, Texas, and North Trail RV Center of Fort Myers, Florida.

Newmar’s service recognitions honor dealers demonstrating exceptional repair quality, customer care and commitment to continuous improvement. Awards are presented at the Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels, with Diamond recognizing the top-performing service centers across the entire Newmar service network.

Newmar Progress Achievement Award
This new recognition honors the dealership that demonstrated the most significant year-over-year improvement in customer satisfaction metrics, delivery experience, service cycle time and customer communication.
For 2025, the Newmar Progress Achievement Award was bestowed upon Blue Compass RV, San Marcos, California.
Newmar Black Diamond Award
Newmar said it was proud to celebrate a prestigious new award, the Newmar Black Diamond Award. This inaugural award was bestowed upon DeMartini RV Sales of Grass Valley, California, in recognition of their outstanding performance, having not only earned the distinction of being a Diamond Servicing Dealer, but also earning a perfect 100% in both Delivery Satisfaction Index (DSI) and Customer Service Index (CSI), while maintaining the lowest service cycle time in the network.
