The company also took time to honor outgoing vice president of sales, John Sammut, who will be retiring at the end of May after 19 years with Newmar and more than 26 in the industry.
Jeff Hirsch from Campers Inn gave a surprise speech recognizing John Sammut’s years of service for Newmar. He talked about how John’s virtues defined who he was and much of the success Newmar has experienced has been due to John seeking out the right dealers for Newmar. Sammut got a standing ovation.
