Northwood Investments, parent company to both Northwood Mfg. and Outdoors RV, are extending its temporary plant closures by another week as all production will continue to be halted through March 27. The shutdowns are a proactive measure that was instituted March 16.
“These decisions have been made primarily due to our overwhelming concern for the health and welfare of our employees, their families and our community as a whole,” said Northwood Investments CEO Craig Orton. “It is important to also note that these actions are being taken to conform to the most recent recommendations of the CDC as well as state and local governments to assist in ‘flattening the curve’ in regard to spreading the virus.”
The manufacturers will pass along more scheduling information as it becomes available.
