NTP-STAG has aggregated resources on its Via portal site to assist its dealer and service shop members, RV PRO has learned.

Important documents and resources available on the portal include links to industry, business and government resources, including the RV Industry Association, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Those resources are designed in part to help dealers apply for SBA-backed small business loans, navigate various regulatory hurdles in seeking other government assistance and stay abreast of the latest legal and business developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic impacting large portions of the United States.

NTP-STAG deserves credit for creating a single clearinghouse for dealers where resources for all of those different government organizations, business groups and industry associations reside, according to an NTP-STAG Via portal user in California, who made RV PRO aware of the distributor’s dealer resource page on the Via site.

NTP-STAG officials weren’t immediately available to comment on the resource clearinghouse page on its Via website. However, NTP-STAG President Bill Rogers previously posted a message on the main company website stating that the distributor continues to monitor the situation regarding COVID-19 developments and is doing its utmost to serve its customers.

“We actively monitor the fluid developments of this situation as we continue to serve our customers and support the interests of our suppliers,” he said. “Many of our customers and suppliers are small and medium-sized, independent essential businesses and as a vital component of the supply chain, we are doing everything we can to service them and the communities and consumers they serve. In the furtherance of this objective, we continue to receive and process orders and maintain deliveries where there is demand and not limited by government restrictions.”
