Designed by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, RV Air replacement filters ensure only clean, fresh air enters a motorhome’s air conditioner by capturing particles as small as 3 to 10 microns, including pollen, dust, mold, pet dander and other allergens.
Unlike standard filters that utilize a thin black polypropylene filter, RV Air’s patented AC filters feature 40 layers of unwoven polyester, each sprayed with an anti-microbial tackifier. Engineered to last longer than standard OEM units, RV Air filters can sustain 12 months of intermittent use for part-time travelers or 3 months of continuous use for full-time RVers.

Made in America from recycled materials, RV Air filters are precision-cut for an exact fit that won’t void AC unit manufacturer’s warranties. Additionally, they boast a MERV 6 rating that ensures a barrier against contaminants without restricting airflow that would otherwise shorten the AC unit’s lifespan.
Installation is easy – and familiar. Users simply remove their AC air intake grille and dispose of the old filter, then align the new RV Air filter green-side up and replace the grille cover. When it comes time for replacement, customers can simply recycle the used RV Air filter and install a new one in its place.
