Sugarcreek, Ohio-based camper and teardrop trailer manufacturer nuCamp RV has appointed John Sanate to director of customer experience.
In this newly created position, Sanate will play a critical role in the company’s dedication to the dealer and consumer markets, the company said, and he will oversee five departments:
Customer Service, Reception, Warranty, Parts and Repair. Partnering with Nathan Wagler, nuCamp’s chief operating officer, Sanate will work to improve all areas of customer interaction.

Sanate joined nuCamp in 2016, working in the sales and customer service environments. His two decades of experience in customer service, marketing and merchandising at major corporations gave him valuable insights into best practices to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction – one of nuCamp’s hallmarks.
