Following the company’s latest amended filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York Stock Exchange reports an expected public offering to commence Thursday (Oct. 6) for Camping World Holdings.
Camping World filed the most recent update to its Form S-1 on Monday (Oct. 3), adding the consent form from an independent public accounting firm, Ernst & Young.
The Oct. 3 filing crosses off the final requirement listed in the document’s accompanying material, and follows several amendments filed to the form since June to meet the SEC obligations.
The company looks to debut the stock between $21 and $23, selling between 11 and 13 million shares, depending on options available to underwriters. The deal would generate between $230 and $265 million.
The share structure will include three classes of stocks, and would provide CEO Marcus Lemonis, through his ownership in related stock-holding companies, the voting power to override stockholder decisions, including the election of officers, according to the document.
