The Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) is bringing back one of its most sought-after experiences: the Hosted Buyer Program, the organization said in a press release.
This program connects RV park and campground decision-makers with the industry’s top suppliers through curated one-on-one meetings, while providing buyer attendees with waived registration.
For the Hosted Buyer attendees, the OHI members who are purchasing decision-makers, the program offers unmatched value: free OHCE registration ($599 value), VIP Expo Hall access and dedicated networking opportunities. In exchange, Hosted Buyers commit to at least six pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors that align with their business needs. It’s a streamlined way to discover the products and services that matter most to their business.
While all attendees have access to the expo floor at OHCE, Hosted Buyers have exclusive and dedicated one-on-one time with exhibitors to ask their questions and demo products on a more intimate level.

Appointments are scheduled for Nov. 11, during dedicated early hours, so both buyers and exhibitors can fully participate in OHCE’s packed agenda of breakout sessions, networking and celebrations.

Each RV park or campground organization is eligible for one Hosted Buyer attendee registration and may bring one additional paid attendee to participate in their scheduled meetings. Exhibitors should secure booths early to guarantee placement in this program.
