OHI is inviting the public to a Ribbon Cutting & Luncheon on Thursday, July 9, from 12 to 2 p.m. at Evergreen Campsites & Resort (W5449 Archer Lane, Wild Rose, WI 54984) to celebrate the official launch of the nationwide GoCampingAmerica RV tour.
The event marks the maiden voyage of a fully custom-branded GoCampingAmerica RV, OHI said, which will embark on a nationwide journey to connect with campers, RVers, and campground owners and operators across the country. Wisconsin is the first stop on the tour.
OHI and WACO leadership will be in attendance, and campers, outdoor enthusiasts, industry professionals and members of the media are all welcome to attend. Attendees can come see the RV, take part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony, enjoy a complimentary lunch and meet the OHI team before they hit the road.
Maris Brennan, OHI’s senior manager of member experience, will be behind the wheel, visiting RV parks and campgrounds nationwide to share OHI membership information, engage directly with campers and park operators, and document the journey live on GoCampingAmerica’s Instagram and Facebook. The campaign is intended to grow the outdoor hospitality industry by connecting with both consumers and park professionals in an authentic, on-the-road format, OHI said.
