OHI Opens Nominations for Board of Directors

OHI announced nominations for the 2025 OHI Board of Directors election are officially open now through Thursday, June 5.

This is your opportunity to get involved, serve your community and help shape the future of outdoor hospitality. OHI is calling on passionate outdoor hospitality professionals from across the industry to consider serving, or nominating a peer, for a leadership role that directly impacts the direction and strength of the RV park, campground and outdoor hospitality community.

“If you care about this industry and want to have a hand in its growth and future, OHI board service is one of the most impactful ways to do that,” said Paul Bambei, president and CEO of OHI. “We welcome new voices, bold ideas, and experienced leaders alike, because collaboration is at the heart of everything we do at OHI.”

Board members play a critical leadership role, providing strategic guidance and advocating for OHI’s mission: To empower RV parks, campgrounds, and glamping businesses with the community, resources, professional development, and legislative advocacy needed to ensure successful futures for all Outdoor Hospitality Industry businesses. Members of the OHI Board may serve up to two consecutive three-year terms, attend meetings throughout the year, and represent the interests of the full OHI membership.

Those interested in nominating are encouraged to review the Board Service information at OHI.org/BoardService before submitting a nomination.

The nomination period is open now through Thursday, June 5. The voting period opens Sept. 1 at 12 p.m. ET and closes Sept. 18 at 12 p.m. ET.

Only active OHI campground members in good standing are eligible to vote. Voting members will receive a validation email prior to the election confirming their voting eligibility and ballot delivery details.

Whether nominating yourself or someone else, we encourage thoughtful, mission-driven participation. Learn more about the Board Service process at OHI.org/BoardService and nominate today through the links below:
