OHI, RVTV Partnership Offers To Spotlight Campgrounds on National TV

OHI announced a new partnership with RVTV, the nation’s only 24/7 television network dedicated exclusively to the RV lifestyle.

The partnership gives OHI members exclusive preferred pricing to feature their properties on The Perfect Spot, a national television series hosted by Samantha Kay Bose and produced by Cannella Media, a television production company with a track record dating back to 1985. The show airs across DIRECTV, Sling, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, STIRR, TUGO, FreeCast, Samsung, Free Live Sports and other major streaming platforms.

“We’re excited to partner with OHI and introduce its members to The Perfect Spot and the broader RVTV platform,” said Dan Dominski, vice president of sponsorships, content and programming at RVTV. “RVTV partners with leading RV and outdoor creators and produces original programming you won’t find anywhere else, combining both to give brands and destinations unique ways to reach the RV community. As we expand our distribution platforms and audience, those opportunities will continue to grow.”

Through the partnership, OHI members can have their property featured in a five-minute segment as part of the series. Each 30-minute episode includes four five-minute segments spotlighting different RV parks and campgrounds, giving viewers an in-depth look at the destinations rather than a traditional advertisement.

As an OHI member, participating properties will receive:

Each campaign is projected to reach approximately 85,000 to 100,000 households: an audience made up of RV owners, travelers, campers and outdoor enthusiasts planning their next trip.

“We’re proud to partner with RVTV to give our members a spot on national television,” said David Basler, OHI’s chief strategy officer. “Campers and RV enthusiasts have more options available to them than ever to discover their next destination, and television remains one of the most powerful of those options. “

Pricing for OHI members starts at $495 ($695 for non-members) for properties with existing video content, which covers editing and production into a five-minute TV feature and the full 12-week campaign. For parks that need new content produced, professional filming and production is available starting at $1,000. Properties retain ownership of all content produced.
