Ted Davis, founder of Airstream Adventures Northwest, will conduct a special workshop on driving organizational growth from an RV dealer’s perspective during the RV Dealers Convention/Expo, the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) announced.
The workshop, “A Dealer’s Perspective on Organizational Excellence” is scheduled for 8:15-9:15 a.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
Davis has developed a proven employee engagement philosophy focused on the idea that leadership is not about your title, it’s about inspiring those around you, event organizers say. In this session, dealers will learn some of the core strategies that helped Davis and his team build one of the largest Airstream dealer groups in the world, including:
- Five Characteristics of Great Leaders
- Measuring and Sustaining Operational Excellence
- Building a Passionate and Driven Dealership Culture
Davis founded Airstream Adventures in 2010 after a successful career in automotive retailing. He quickly grew the company and Airstream Adventures now has locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California, serving key markets including Portland, Oregan; Seattle; Boise, Idaho; Spokane, Washington; San Francisco; and Morgan Hill, California. Lithia & Driveway, an automotive retailer, acquired Airstream Adventures in October 2022.
