Attendees can review the lineup of breakout sessions, Expo Hall experiences, networking opportunities and evening receptions designed to inspire action and grow connections among park owners, operators and industry professionals.

While the conference officially starts Monday, Nov. 10, OHI recommends arriving Sunday, so you won’t miss a thing, according to a press release from OHI. Attendees will gather at registration Sunday evening to mix, mingle and grab dinner together.
From there, the conference launches into a wide array of breakouts and general sessions that reflect the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing outdoor hospitality today. Topics range from wastewater management and environmental compliance to marketing innovation and diversifying revenue streams, ensuring that every attendee leaves with strategies they can implement immediately. These sessions, led by industry experts and successful peers, are designed to move beyond theory and deliver actionable solutions.
Networking remains at the heart of OHCE, and the 2025 agenda builds in intentional opportunities to foster meaningful connections. Morning Coffee Conversations, peer-to-peer Campfire Session discussions, and lively social receptions create space for open dialogue and thoughtful community learning. On the Expo floor, attendees will discover the latest products, services and innovations shaping the future of outdoor hospitality, with ample time to connect directly with vendors and partners.
