Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit Returns for Third Year

OHI (Outdoor Hospitality Industry) announced the return of the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit (OHIS), hosted by Storable Newbook and OHI at OHCE2025. Now in its third consecutive year, the summit continues to spotlight innovative, data-driven strategies and practical tools that help park owners and operators strengthen their businesses and stay ahead of an evolving industry.

The Innovators Summit will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 12 from 2:15 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET and will feature two dynamic parts designed to turn insight into action. Attendees will explore findings from the 2025 OHI Industry Outlook Report and other data sources, diving into what emerging trends and guest behaviors mean for day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. The summit will also highlight how AI-powered tools can simplify and elevate operations, from interpreting reports to writing seasonal job descriptions, while live benchmarking and interactive polling help participants see where they stand among their peers.

In the second half of the program, RV park and campground leaders will join the stage to share how they’ve leveraged data and technology to optimize performance, forecast demand and improve guest experiences. The conversation will bring together a range of perspectives, from high-growth operators to those managing seasonal or extended-stay parks and give attendees a candid look at what happens when data meets action. Participants will have the chance to ask questions in real time, helping guide the conversation toward what matters most to them.

“Partnering with OHI to bring the Innovators Summit to life each year is something we’re incredibly proud of,” said Erin Stevenson, VP of growth and client experience of Storable Newbook. “Together, we’re helping operators unlock the power of data to drive smarter decisions and more memorable guest experiences, all while building a stronger, more connected outdoor hospitality community.”

OHI President and CEO Paul Bambei added that the event has become a highlight of the annual conference. “The Innovators Summit represents the best of what OHCE offers: collaboration, insight and practical learning that helps businesses thrive. It’s been exciting to watch this his partnership with Storable Newbook evolve and continue to deliver real value for our members.”

The 2025 Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit will be led by Blake Burris, Erin Stevenson and Scott Knepp of Storable Newbook.

The Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit is available only to OHCE attendees. It is free and open to all attendees, but additional registration is required to save your seat. OHI urged those interested to register early as space is limited.
