Andy Core of Core Change Institute will lead a pair of workshops during the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo in the dealer/GM track. The convention/expo will take place Nov. 6-10 at Paris Las Vegas.
From 2-3 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 9, Core will discuss “Success Under Stress.”
“Today’s RV professionals are grappling with unprecedented change and uncertainty,” the workshop description reads. “The silver lining is, you don’t need to change your entire life to significantly boost your ability to be more successful under stress. But you do have to change your day.”
During the workshop, attendees will learn:

From 3:15-4:15 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 9, Core presents “Leadership: Motivating People Through Disruption.”
During the workshop, attendees will learn:
- Insight into how military researchers transform stress from a procrastination-inducing force into a motivating one
- Techniques to identify motivation gaps and tackle the issue, “Why don’t my team members do what they know they should?”
- Communication strategies that inspire people to acknowledge, “It is what it is,” and embrace change
- The Hope Triad: Three strategies that ensure you and your team consistently bring your best to work every day
