Overland Expo is expanding its SoCal event in 2026 with the launch of the Outdoor Lifestyle Pavilion. The new pavilion will debut at Overland Expo SoCal, March 14-15, 2026, at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, California.
The Outdoor Lifestyle Pavilion will spotlight categories that complement vehicle-based adventure, including camping gear, surf, paddlesports, mountain biking, hiking, photography and more. The addition reflects growing crossover between the outdoor and overland communities, creating a space where attendees can discover, test and purchase gear that enhances their adventures, show coordinators said.
“Our attendees are not only passionate about their rigs, but also the activities they pursue once they arrive at camp,” said Jessica Kirchner, VP of consumer events and show director for Overland Expo. “The Outdoor Lifestyle Pavilion brings all of that together, from paddling to hiking to cooking, making SoCal a true hub for the complete outdoor experience.”
Overland Expo SoCal 2025 welcomed over 19,000 attendees, with 75% of them being new to the Overland Expo series. Many brands reported selling out of products on the first day, demonstrating strong demand for outdoor-focused exhibitors and direct-to-consumer opportunities.
