OXSMART Training Seminar Hosts 27 Techs

The Blue Ox and NTP/Stag spring OXSMART Training session hosted 27 service technicians Feb. 25-26 at the Lancaster Events Center in Lincoln, Nebraska.

“As we continue to expand OXSMART Training and Education classes to venues throughout the U.S. and Canada, we still really love the opportunity to host the event here at home in Nebraska,” said Ellen Kietzmann, Blue Ox president and CEO.

Hands-on technical training is the focus of the event with Blue Ox product experts guiding technicians through the installation of multiple products including: tow bar and baseplate installation, tow vehicle wiring, braking systems, installation, and ride & drive experiences for the SwayPro weight distributing hitch, and the Super RideTM Fifth-Wheel hitch.

“In addition to installation and product training, the Nebraska events give the technicians the opportunity to meet the teams that design and build our products,” Kietzmann added. “We welcome feedback from our participants providing insight and ideas to continue to innovate and bring new products to the market that enhance the lives of our shared customers.”

OXSMART technical training graduates receive 12 hours of credit in the RVDA-RVIA Service Technical Certification program.
