Patrick Industries is considering the shell building at the Warsaw, Ind., Technology Park with a promise of 100 new jobs in exchange for a tax abatement.
Warsaw City Council on Monday night awarded a request for a personal property tax abatement by Patrick Industries, according to the Times-Union newspaper.
Josh Boone, Patrick Industries vice president of finance and chief financial officer, said, “We’ll be producing fiberglass products for all of our ‘A’ markets, the recreational vehicle, manufactured housing and our industrial market, which is a lot of residential products. So, we produce showers and tubs – fiberglass showers tubs – fiberglass showers and tubs … for the RV industry.”
