Patrick Industries’ Leadership & Culture Expert To Keynote Upcoming Conference
The RV Industry Association (RVIA) will welcome leadership expert and bestselling author Todd Gongwer as a keynote speaker at the 2026 Leadership Conference, as he shares powerful insights on leadership, culture and the impact of purpose-driven work.
Over the first 20 years of his career, Gongwer served as a partner in a family business, an entrepreneur, a championship-winning college basketball coach and a senior executive at a public company. For the past 15 years, he has become a trusted advisor to some of the most successful leaders in sports and business. His clients include championship-winning coaches from the Boston Celtics, Ohio State, Clemson, Virginia and Baylor, as well as award-winning executives and academic leaders across the country.
Gongwer currently leads the company he founded while serving as executive vice president for leadership and cultural development at Patrick Industries.
He joins an impressive list of announced speakers for the Leadership Conference, including Blake Michelle Morgan and Mitch Mitchem.
