Shady Maple RV General Manager Scot Ash has fond memories of traveling with his family in an RV.
“When our kids were younger, we took weeklong or weekend trips with them,” the father of two told Lancaster Online. “It’s an economical way to travel, and we were able to expose our kids to lots of sights around the country.”
Ash, whose dealership is located in East Earl, Pa., said RV travel offers the opportunity for couples, families and friends to spend quality time together.
“It’s a lifestyle,” he said. “Instead of traveling and going in and out of hotels, unpacking and packing up each night, you’re in your house. You’re taking your house with you.”
