Canada’s Pleasure-Way Industries has announced its “Pleasure-Way Go Live Showroom.”“We may be the first RV manufacturer with a live showroom,” said Dean Rumpel, CEO of Pleasure-Way Industries. “With the soaring popularity of our motorhomes and inventory levels being far lower than we’d like to see due to ever increasing demand, it is very difficult for consumers to get an in-person, close-up look at our various makes and models. As a result, we created a new showroom with one-way video call-in technology.”
This allows anyone with a laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile device to simply click the “Go Live” button on the pleasureway.com website and they will be connected to one of our in-house factory representatives who can walk them through any of our models and answer their specific questions live and in real time.
“It’s very easy to do,” Rumpel said. “There are no apps to download; all that is need is an internet connection and a microphone, which all devices now have, and you can take a live, real-time tour right from your own couch. An added benefit with one-way video calling is that the caller doesn’t have to worry about being seen; they can see, hear and be heard, therefore, it’s a very comfortable, easy interaction.”
Pleasure-Way Go Live showroom is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT.
