Florida-based Priority One Financial Services was recently named among the Tampa Bay region’s 2023 Best Places to Work.
The annual Tampa Bay Business Journal award honors “companies that have made workplace culture, recruitment and employee retention a key pillar to their success,” according to the company. Quantum Workplace conducted employee surveys on various facets of the workplace, like compensation, engagement and trust in senior leadership. Quantum then measured and ranked Priority One against top regional companies based on a composite score.
This year marks the second year in a row for Priority One to be named to the Best Places to Work list, and the fourth time in company history.
“We’re incredibly honored to be named a Best Place to Work again this year,” said Heather Mariscal, president of Priority One. “We commit to our employees’ well-being, and it translates to true partnership and quality service for our dealers.”
