Priority RV Network (PRVN), one of the largest dealer-owned cooperatives in the RV industry, said it continues its focused growth strategy under the leadership of Executive Director Nicole Schantz, who assumed the role in July 2024. During its Fall Member Meeting at the RVDA Convention on Nov. 10, PRVN shared several significant organizational updates.

Long-Serving Financial Adviser Retires

After more than a decade of dedicated service to Priority RV Network, Hardee McAlhaney has retired from his role as the cooperative’s financial adviser.

In his advisory capacity, McAlhaney played a central role in supporting PRVN’s financial structure — from overseeing rebate and patronage documentation, to supporting annual audits, providing fiscal guidance to the board and ensuring the cooperative’s long-term financial health. His contributions strengthened PRVN’s commitment to transparency, stability and member value.

“PRVN’s board and membership are deeply grateful to Hardee for his long-standing dedication,” said Mike Regan, president of PRVN. “His steady expertise and counsel helped shape the strong financial foundation the network stands on today. We wish him well as he steps into this next chapter with his family.”

Strong Industry Recognition for PRVN Dealers

IMG 7093RVDA week brought significant recognition to the PRVN community. Seventeen PRVN member dealership / groups earned the prestigious Top 50 Dealer Award, underscoring the cooperative’s high standards for customer service, operational excellence, and industry leadership. The following PRVN dealers were named: Alpin Haus, Byerly RV Center, Campers Inn RV, Clear Creek RVs, Colton RV & Marine, Crestview RV Center, Curtis Trailers, Long View RV, Moix RV Supercenter, Parkview RV Center, Pleasureland RV Center, Primeaux RV Superstores, Rich & Sons RV Headquarters, Veurinks RV Center, Vogt RV World, Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales and Wilkins RV.

Throughout the convention, PRVN members were recognized at multiple receptions and award presentations, reflecting the cooperative’s influence and the exceptional performance of its dealer network, the company said.

PRVN also hosted its own Member & Partner Cocktail Reception, with more than 150 attendees, celebrating the successes shared across the network and acknowledging the vital role of strong dealer–vendor partnerships.

New Membership Growth Strengthens National Footprint

PRVN has expanded its dealer rooftop count by a net increase of 24 rooftops over the past year — one of the most substantial periods of expansion in the network’s recent history.

Since the last announcement, two well-known, multilocation dealer groups have joined the cooperative:

  • Sky River RV, serving Southern California
  • Vogt RV Center, a premier dealer group in the Dallas–Fort Worth region

These new members deepen PRVN’s national coverage and further enhance the consumer value of the Priority RV Network service program, PRVN said.
