The kit includes the BCDC Trailer S Charger, Smart Battery Monitor and a dedicated Fuse Kit, streamlining the setup for a robust dual-battery system and ensuring seamless power supply and monitoring on the move, the company said in a release.
REDARC’s Trailer Power Kit bundles essential components into a straightforward, easy-to-install package that connects through a standard 7-pin trailer plug. Ideal for outfitting trailers such as car haulers (operating winches and lighting), work and maintenance trailers (keeping tools and climate systems powered), big equipment trailers (managing heavy-duty winches), horse trailers (maintaining lighting and climate control for livestock), as well as utility, construction and mobile office trailers (providing dependable off-grid power wherever needed), this comprehensive kit meets diverse user needs.

Key features of the Trailer Power Kit include simultaneous DC and solar charging via the BCDC Trailer S Charger (12A DC-DC / 40A Solar), with Green Power Priority while protecting vehicle wiring through a limited 12A current input. The charger offers compatibility with 12-volt lead-acid, AGM, Gel and standard or heated Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries. The Smart Battery Monitor (BSEN500) uses advanced Bluetooth 5.1 technology to deliver real-time battery state of charge, remaining runtime and current flow directly to the intuitive RedVision app, maintaining reliable connectivity up to 137 feet.
