Jamison Carrier of Relentless Dealer Services and Reggy Huddleston of General Agent Services have announced that RDS has acquired substantially all of the assets of General Agent Services.
General Agent Services has operated a successful agency in the Pacific Northwest for decades. Reggy Huddleston is the third generation to work in the family agency; she will continue to serve the dealer partners alongside the RDS team.
“Our dealerships are like family to us,” Huddlestone said. “Not only does the RDS partnership allow us to continue to service our dealers, but they add so much value with the additional F&I tools and training that we couldn’t offer as a small agency.”
Added Carrier, “We see a great opportunity in the RV and marine industries to offer an exit plan for F&I agents who have built a solid book of business, and they want to make sure their dealer partners will continue to receive world-class service.”
Both companies said they look forward to a partnership based on serving customers, and a shared desire to see the industry continue to grow.
