Relentless Dealer Services said it is releasing its long-anticipated Relentless Dealer Services University (RDSU), just in time for the RVDA Convention in Las Vegas.
Relentless said that RDSU is the most comprehensive finance and insurance training available to the RV Industry. “Teaching the next generation of RV professionals is a real passion for our group. We’re excited to share our experience with the rest of the industry,” said Dom Zappia of RDS.

Relentless said that the courses in RDSU consolidate decades of combined industry knowledge into one user-friendly platform. The learning management system used by RDSU provides users with downloadable notes, videos and files; tests their knowledge with productive quizzes; offers reporting to keep track of a user’s progress; and offers certification upon completion. Course topics include everything from basics like reading credit bureaus, calculating loan to value and objection handling, to more advanced topics such as in-depth lender knowledge and how to structure deals for maximum profitability.
