Renogy Recaps Technical & Sales Training at NTP-STAG Center

Renogy, a global leader in off-grid and mobile energy solutions, wrapped its Renogy Systems: Interactive Technical and Sales Training with distribution partner NTP-STAG on July 28 at NTP-STAG’s Eastvale, California, distribution center. Twenty-nine participants attended.
Mike Thompson’s RV in Colton, California, provided the trailer, and the Renogy team installed one of its power kits on site. Attendees watched a complete installation happen in front of them, start to finish. The day covered the full system:
- The move from lead-acid to lithium
- DC-to-DC charging
- Solar integration
- EIOT monitoring
From there, the conversation shifted to the sales floor: how to position power strategically, and how to turn a single customer question into a complete system conversation.
“Our goal is to make off-grid power easier for dealers to understand, sell and support,” said Tiffany Dorin, vice president and head of operations, North America B2B, at Renogy. “Watching dealer teams spend a full day hands-on with these systems is exactly what that looks like in practice.”
The training lands as the market shifts under dealers’ feet. New-unit shipments are soft while the used market stays active, and a younger wave of RV owners is arriving with different expectations for power on board. Off-grid capability is the category built to serve them, and the dealership teams in Eastvale left better equipped to sell it.
The Eastvale session is part of Renogy’s broader dealer enablement effort, which includes technical and sales training, RV Technical Institute (RVTI) certification support and local events that help dealership teams build expertise in key electrical and off-grid systems.
Dealers who want to build that capability on their own floor can contact their Renogy representative or NTP-STAG.
