REV Group has promoted to vice president and general manager of Lance Camper Mfg. Corp.
Eduardo Castano joined Lance Camper in March 2023 as director of operations. In his new position, Castano will report to Mike Lanciotti, president of REV’s recreation segment.
Prior to joining Lance Camper, Castano was a Senior Plant Manager for Horizon Global in Reynosa, Mexico, and McAllen, Texas. His oversight included production, safety, quality, engineering, program management, IT, HR, purchasing and materials. He also worked for Mahle Pistons and Sachs Automotive as plant manager and operations manager and was in the automotive industry for more than 25 years.
“Eduardo was the ideal choice to step into the Lance VP/GM role. He will utilize his extensive experience in manufacturing operations to improve operations, increase revenue, expand profits, and achieve overall business goals and objectives,” said Mike Lanciotti, president, REV recreation segment.
