The following is a report from autoevolution.com.

Renegade RV may not have the longest or richest history in RV manufacturing, but it has carved out its place in the North American leisure industry by building distinctive, luxury motorhomes with durable, high-quality and innovative designs. Founded in 1997 in Bristol, Indiana, the company has grown into a leading manufacturer of luxury Class C and Super C motorhomes.

The brand, which is now part of REV Group, Inc., is particularly recognized for helping pioneer the Super C motorhome segment and continues to stand out in the industry with high-end coaches that showcase its commitment to exceptional quality.

Present at the recently concluded 2026 Florida RV SuperShow in Tampa, Renegade RV not only showcased its lineup of luxury motorhomes for the 2026 season, but it also announced the 2027 Villagio, a new Class C Diesel motorhome that will be available through a limited release at authorized Renegade RV dealers beginning February 2026.

The Villagio is not a completely new model but rather a redesigned one that is making a comeback after a five-year hiatus. Built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter cab chassis, this 2027 model is designed to offer a great balance of drivability, luxurious residential comfort, and functionality. It boasts a redesigned aerodynamic fiberglass front cap, modern full-paint exterior, and a refreshed, contemporary interior with three distinct floorplans to choose from.

“The launch of the Renegade Villagio represents our commitment to delivering what today’s Class C Sprinter customer is truly looking for — choice, value and confidence in quality,” said REV Group RV Segment President Gary Gunter. “By bringing the Villagio to market with three well-designed floorplans, we are giving consumers a competitive price point in the Sprinter segment without compromising the solid construction and premium features they expect from Renegade.”

The Renegade Villagio Class C RV starts with a reliable foundation – a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4500 cab chassis powered by a 4-cylinder dual-turbo diesel engine that outputs 208 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, offering excellent fuel economy and power for long hauls. This setup delivers the best of both worlds: a smooth, car-like driving experience and diesel performance with the ability to tow up to 12,000 lbs.

What’s more, at approximately 25.5 feet (7.7 meters) in length, this motorhome is compact enough for most state parks and offers easy maneuverability, which makes it a great option even for first-time RVers.

Designed with a sleek, modern profile, the Villagio boasts an aerodynamic fiberglass front cap, vacuum-bonded laminated walls and floors, a welded aluminum roof truss construction, and fiberglass exterior panels, ensuring strength, longevity, and weather resistance.
